Welcome...

Tori Davis AKA "Tori Cat" is an Art Director and Concept Artist with a background in traditional and stop motion Animation.

With a 10+ year career specialising in Feature Animation, TV, Commercials and Video Games, it's taken her around the world from China to New York, Paris and Denmark to name just a few places.

Tori has worked as an Animation Art Director at LEGO since 2015 in Denmark focusing on the Character Design and Concept Art for The LEGO Movie 2, and LEGO Friends as well as designing concepts for future projects currently in development.

With a high focus on developing new concepts and characters especially targeted for 'Girls' and embracing 'Gender Neutral' new IP's.
Tori continues to work for LEGO as a freelance Concept Artist, since she returned to the UK in October 2018.

Now living back in the UK, Tori is also focusing on developing her own "Animated Play Therapy for children", with the Support of The Royal Bristol Children's Hospital and Aardman Animation's, The Grand Appeal. She Regally visits The Royal Bristol Children's Hospital, schools in Cumbria and The Leeds Young Film/Animation Festival, running stop motion animation classes for children using LEGO bricks.

Tori came home to the UK to develop her own "Animation Play Therapy programme" after creating "Cracking Build Gromit" for Aardman Animation's and The Grand Appeal's, "Gromit Unleashed 2" Charity Art trail in Bristol in 2018.

Tori campaigned and had built, a 5ft model iconic Gromit Dog using 30,456 LEGO Bricks. Gromit went on an 8 week exhibition art trail through out Bristol in the UK, and was eventually sold in a charity auction for £22,000. All proceeds went to The Royal Bristol Children's Hospital. As part of the campaign to get Gromit built, Tori taught LEGO stop motion animation workshops for children in the Royal Bristol Children's Hospital which gave her passion to want to pursue this more.

Tori loves nature and animals and when she's not busy playing with coloured bricks or drawing characters and creating stories, she can be found getting muddy and throwing a ball in the beautiful Cumbrian countryside, or walking miles up mountains with her Border Collie, Benny.
